Set Windows to UTC time:

  -     Run regedit.exe
  -     Browse to ''HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation''
  -     On the right-side panel, right-click in the empty space and select New > DWORD Value
  -     Set the name to ''RealTimeIsUniversal''
  -     Set the Data to ''1''
  -     Reboot
